Q: Do you do custom orders?
A: Yes! I love working WITH my clients! Whether its a gift or a piece to keep, I aim to create something that evokes emotion, brings joy, and adds to comfort of every home!
Q: How do I go about ordering a custom piece?
A: We start with 2 questions: size and color. If undecided, I ask for budget and aim to create the best quality order for the price in mind. We then discuss the refence photo you may have in mind and if I'm able to work with the quality of the original phone, we book the spot and I get to work! I try my best to keep you updated on progress and ask for any changes you wish to make prior to final completion.
Q: Do I need to pay upfront?
A: If the project is large, complex, or will require additional time/resources, or if the project is an original and in progress, I ask for a 20% non-refundable deposit that secures the spot/piece. The deposit does go towards the final purchase price. Otherwise, the total is due once the piece is complete and approved by the client.
Q: Do you seal/protect your work?
A: All of my work is UV protected and sealed with products specific for the medium. This allows the pieces to be hung anywhere, for an extended period of time without fading/loss of color.
